We are seeking an ITSM SNOW Consultant optimizing ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and Performance Analytics solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. The candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes while driving innovation and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Design & Implement ServiceNow Solutions — Architect and deploy ITSM and ITOM modules to streamline IT service management processes and enhance infrastructure monitoring and automation.
  • Build Performance Analytics Dashboards — Develop actionable dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
  • System Integration & Configuration Management — Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules with existing enterprise systems, and conduct regular configuration assessments to identify and implement improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering — Lead workshops with business units and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Technical Issues — Investigate and resolve complex ServiceNow incidents and technical problems to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Ensure Compliance & Security Standards — Oversee ServiceNow architecture for adherence to industry best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of all implemented solutions.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management — Maintain detailed records of architectural designs, workflows, and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Mentoring & Team Enablement — Train and guide team members on ServiceNow tools, techniques, and best practices to build broader organizational capability.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

  • Possess extensive hands-on experience with Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and Performance Analytics with hands-on experience in designing and implementing these modules.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable insights using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

  • Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and its integration with ServiceNow solutions.

  • Display expertise in ServiceNow architecture ensuring scalability and security of implemented solutions.

Compensation: We are offering an annual salary of $95,000-$114,000.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
