And now, we're looking for our next colleague who'll join us in shaping the future of business. Could it be you?

About the role

As a Manager, Sales & Incentive Compensation Analytics, you will make an impact by leading day-to-day delivery on client engagements involving incentive compensation (IC) design, administration analytics, and sales force effectiveness. You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences Consulting team and work collaboratively with engagement leads, case teams, client Sales Operations stakeholders, and Sales Leadership at pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead workstreams supporting incentive compensation plan design, administration analytics, crediting logic, and payout validation for client engagements
  • Develop sales performance reporting and dashboards (attainment, ranking, trend analysis) for client field sales and sales leadership audiences
  • Conduct analyses of sales trends, territory-level performance, and rep-level productivity to identify risks, opportunities, and outliers for clients
  • Support IC plan design, goal-setting, and quota-setting workstreams with data-driven recommendations and scenario modeling
  • Support client territory alignment, sizing, roster management, and hierarchy analyses
  • Manage data quality, integrity, and reconciliation across client CRM, IC administration systems, and sales data warehouses
  • Serve as a working-level client contact for questions related to IC payout logic, crediting disputes, and sales performance reporting during engagements
  • Support sales force effectiveness (SFE) engagements, including field sizing, targeting, segmentation, and call planning optimization
  • Prepare and QA data feeds from common sales data sources (e.g., prescription/claims data, CRM data) used in client deliverables
  • Support internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX-related documentation reviews for client compensation processes
  • Coach and review the work of analysts and consultants on the case team
  • Contribute to proposal development, scoping discussions, and internal knowledge/asset development

Work model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a position that requires travel to client sites as needed, with time in a client or Cognizant office. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you're engaged in, as well as business and client requirements.
