Job Description - Teamcenter Technical Program Manager
Locations- Fort Worth, TX 76134
We are seeking a 15-17 Years experienced Teamcenter Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Teamcenter PLM solutions within the medical device industry. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and program management skills to align business and IT stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving digital transformation across product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Must have 15+ years of experience in Teamcenter
Must have the ability to understand the customer requirements and come up with the Technical solution with more focus COTS Capability
Lead the design efforts for the capabilities . Come up with solution options , discuss with the customer and determine the optimal solution
Guide the development team in the solution implementation
Program Leadership: Direct and oversee Teamcenter development and implementation programs across multiple business units and IT functions.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and IT to ensure alignment of PLM strategy with business objectives.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction for Teamcenter architecture, integrations, and customization to meet industry-specific requirements.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure PLM solutions adhere to FDA, ISO, and other medical device regulatory standards.
Roadmap Development: Define and execute the PLM roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues impacting program delivery.
Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners to maximize value delivery.
Change Management: Drive organizational adoption of Teamcenter solutions through training, communication, and process optimization.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success and continuously improve PLM capabilities.
