Job Title: Salesforce DevOps Developer

Experience: 4 to 12 years

Location: All CTS Location (3 days office, Hybrid mode)

Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days


Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce DevOps Developer with strong Salesforce development expertise and hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and release management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating deployments, streamlining development processes, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce releases across environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Manage source code repositories using Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Automate deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
  • Manage branching, merging, release strategies, and environment synchronization.
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth releases.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize release processes.
  • Implement security, compliance, and governance standards across Salesforce environments.
  • Support Agile development and DevOps transformation initiatives.
