About the role

Behavioural Full Stack Educator (BFSE) is a skilled facilitator and behavioural learning practitioner who independently designs and delivers impactful behavioural, communication, and AI-powered learning programs for GenC, early-career talent, associates and clients. This role blends behavioural science, facilitation excellence, AI literacy, and learning innovation to shape future-ready mindsets, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, and enable adaptability in a digital-first, AI-augmented workplace.

BFSE owns end-to-end responsibility for behavioural learning delivery — from program design and facilitation to assessment, data-driven improvement, and AI solution development.

In this role, you will:

Design & deliver behavioural learning programs

• Architect and deliver end-to-end behavioural learning journeys covering communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability

• Apply behavioural science, psychology, habit formation, and nudging principles to drive sustained behaviour change

• Design scalable, modular behavioural frameworks aligned to learners

• Ensure learners can demonstrate, articulate, and apply behavioural capabilities in real-world professional contexts

Enable AI literacy & digital fluency

• Enable AI literacy for early-career talent — covering fundamentals, responsible usage, ethics, and workplace application

• Build learner confidence in using AI tools and copilots for productivity, collaboration, decision-making, and continuous learning

• Integrate AI fluency seamlessly into behavioural and communication programs

• Stay current with AI developments and translate emerging capabilities into practical learner experiences

Build AI-enabled learning solutions

• Conceptualize, design, and build AI-enabled learning solutions including AI learning assistants, behavioural coaching agents, reflection and feedback bots, and assessment and simulation agents

• Partner with learning technology and AI teams to prototype, pilot, and scale AI-powered tools for learners

• Continuously experiment with emerging AI capabilities to enhance learning effectiveness and learner experience

• Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency in GenAI tools and AI-enabled learning platforms; must actively upskill on a periodic basis to stay current and credible

Facilitate, coach & assess

• Deliver high-impact workshops, real-world simulations, experiential labs, and coaching sessions

• Facilitate blended, virtual, and in-person programs tailored to early-career professionals

• Design and execute behavioural assessments, reflections, and readiness evaluations

• Provide clear, actionable feedback and personalised coaching plans

Track data & improve with insights

• Define clear success metrics for behavioural change, AI readiness, engagement, and deployment effectiveness

• Use dashboards, analytics, and learner data to track adoption, generate insights, and continuously improve learning solutions

• Demonstrate learning ROI through outcome-based reporting and readiness dashboards

Collaborate with the full stack educator (FSE) ecosystem

• Partner with technical FSEs, teaching assistant & content developers, and batch owners to integrate behavioural learning into the learners journey

• Incorporate SME and stakeholder feedback into program iterations

• Align behavioural programs to Cognizant values, deployment standards, and program outcomes

Embrace our vibrant culture by striving for excellence, focusing on meaningful outcomes, and collaborating effectively. Take ownership, build relationships, and focus on personal growth to drive business strategy and foster an inclusive culture, creating unmatched career opportunities and impactful work.
