Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Support Engineer to join our cloud contact center team leveraging Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda and Amazon DynamoDB, and will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing our cloud-based customer service infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in AWS Lambda functions integrated with Amazon Connect workflows.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline for seamless deployment and rollback
- Manage and query Amazon DynamoDB tables for real-time data access and updates.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth releases and incident resolution.
- Implement logging and alerting using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely resolution to production incidents.
- Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with AWS services.
- Proficiency in AWS Lambda (Node.js is preferred).
- Experience with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon DynamoDB, including table design and querying.
- Familiarity with CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
