Role: Data Test Lead
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Sheffield or London
Hybrid: 2 or 3 days per week
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in data validation, reconciliation, ETL testing, and data migration testing.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, with hands-on experience in Lakehouse architecture and data integrations.
- Proven experience with Azure Data Platform, including validation of ETL processes, data transformations, and migration activities.
- Demonstrated ability to define test strategies, frameworks, and best practices, while leading testing teams effectively.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
- Good understanding of Power BI, including validation of reporting and data outputs.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server / Azure SQL Database for data validation and testing activities.
- Experience in testing across data warehouse environments (dimensional models, large datasets).
- Familiarity with database and ETL test automation tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
