About the Role
As a Project Manager – Insurance Transformation, you will make an impact by leading the successful delivery of large-scale core platform and business system transformation initiatives within the insurance industry. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, technology teams, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure program objectives are achieved.
In This Role, You Will
Lead the end-to-end delivery of core system migration and transformation initiatives for insurance clients.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and governance frameworks to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams, third-party vendors, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while providing proactive recommendations to stakeholders.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
8–10+ years of project management experience delivering complex business and technology transformation programs.
Proven experience leading large-scale core platform, policy administration, or enterprise system migration projects.
Strong expertise in project planning, governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners in enterprise environments.
Prior experience within the insurance or broader financial services industry.
These Will Help You Succeed
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments.
Experience managing complex transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
