About the role
- As a Manager Consulting – Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading complex, client-side projects within the insurance domain, ensuring successful delivery across multi-vendor environments. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive program success.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from the client side, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage and coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders across multi-vendor environments
- Define project scope, objectives, and detailed delivery plans, ensuring technical and business feasibility
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and proactively address issues through structured governance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and escalation management

What you must have to be considered
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or client-facing roles
- Proven experience managing projects from the client side, including planning, execution, and tracking
- Strong experience managing multi-vendor environments and complex stakeholder landscapes
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1) and business-level English communication skills
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certifications (preferred)

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong risk management and governance capability
- Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under complex client environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, data-driven approach to project tracking and reporting
