Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide premium on-site technical support to end users across Windows and Mac environments.
- Deliver high-quality deskside support services and ensure timely resolution of technology issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support VDI, Citrix, and remote access environments, ensuring secure and reliable access to business applications.
- Take ownership of incidents and service requests from initiation through successful resolution.
- Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, imaging, software installations, and system configuration activities.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and collaboration platforms.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, hardware, network, and connectivity-related issues.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including laptop setup, account provisioning, and asset allocation.
- Manage incidents, requests, and changes using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Ensure accurate ticket documentation, categorization, and SLA compliance.
- Support conference room technologies, meeting room devices, printers, scanners, and audio-visual equipment.
- Collaborate with global IT infrastructure, network, security, and application support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide executive and VIP support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and security standards.
- Participate in knowledge management activities and create support documentation to improve service efficiency.
Skills & Experience
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience providing desktop support in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Mac OS operating systems.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
- Experience supporting Active Directory user administration and account management.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Knowledge of laptop imaging, software deployment, and device lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting remote users and hybrid workplace environments.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively within SLA-driven environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Citrix, VDI, or virtual desktop environments.
- Knowledge of Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or modern endpoint management solutions.
- Experience working in financial services, banking, investment, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting executive stakeholders and VIP users.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
- Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security solutions.
- Experience supporting multi-national and multi-cultural work environments.
