About the role
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Program Officer to support day-to-day operational execution for client’s China market leadership team. This is a hands-on role that acts as an extension of the leadership team's program and operations management — helping remove administrative bottlenecks so leaders can focus on strategic priorities.
What You'll Do
• Manage the end-to-end review, analysis and shortlisting of technical resourcing/staffing requests for delivery engineering roles.
• Track, escalate and report on delivery bugs, blockers and risks to the relevant stakeholders.
• Support workload and capacity planning across technical delivery teams, including AI-related workstreams.
• Support recurring business review and forecasting cadences, including reviews with global stakeholders.
• Partner with the regional Business Intelligence (BI) team to produce analytics, dashboards and reporting that inform leadership decisions.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience leading or executing sales operations processes, or managing complex cross-functional programs, within an enterprise environment.
• Strong data analytics skills, with hands-on comfort using Google Sheets and Looker (or equivalent BI/visualisation tools).
• Working knowledge of SQL for extracting and analysing business performance data from internal systems (training on proprietary systems provided).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across a wide range of internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent organisational and program-management skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Prior experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or similar functions at a hyperscaler or enterprise technology company.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud products.
• Experience with cloud business performance or BI systems.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve the efficiency of day-to-day work.
Language Requirements
English proficiency is required.
• Mandarin language proficiency (spoken and written) is required, as this role supports business stakeholders and reporting cadences in the China market on a daily basis. This requirement is based on the business communication needs of the stakeholder group this role supports, and not on the candidate's location, race, or nationality.
