Role Summary
We are looking for an Android Senior Developer at the Senior Associate level to develop and support enterprise mobile applications in USA, Irving. The candidate should have strong Android and hybrid mobile development experience, along with basic knowledge of iOS application development.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Android and hybrid mobile applications.
· Implement responsive mobile screens based on approved UI/UX designs.
· Integrate applications with backend systems through REST APIs.
· Collaborate with technical leads, UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
· Participate in estimation, sprint planning, code reviews, release, and production-support activities.
· Troubleshoot defects using logs, monitoring tools, and diagnostics.
· Follow secure coding, quality, documentation, and source-control practices.
Required Technical Skills
· Mobile application development using Kotlin & Java language
· Mobile Ui development with Jetpack compose, Material design, responsive design
· Architecture exposure to clean Architecture, MVVM
· Android Jetpack components knowledge
· Asynchronous and reactive work with flow and Coroutine
· Database knowledge of Room and SQLite
· UI/Unit testing with JUnit, Mockito
· Dependencies injection knowledge with Dagger and Hilt
· Git, GitHub or GitLab; Jenkins; Jira; Confluence; and Figma.
· Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, MCP configuration, or similar AI-assisted development workflows.
· Basic knowledge of iOS application development, iOS build and release concepts, and cross-platform compatibility considerations.
Preferred Competencies
· Strong hands-on development, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Good understanding of maintainability, performance, and reusable design.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an Agile team.
· Effective written and verbal communication and commitment to timely delivery.

Compensation & Benefits
$104,000– $118,000 per year + Cost of Living Allowance
