Our Apprenticeship Program is ideal for recent college graduates, professionals changing careers, professionals rejoining the workforce and military transitioning to civilian work. In addition to permanent work authorization, you’ll also need one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Associate’s degree in an IT-related field with relevant work experience
- Military equivalency training

Our Apprenticeship Program is a paid, full-time employment opportunity featuring structured training and on-the-job learning. Our internships are temporary, paid experiences designed to help rising seniors apply classroom knowledge in a real-world project.
Yes, Cognizant is a National Sponsor for Registered Apprenticeship Programs with the Department of Labor. Each apprentice who completes our program receives a nationally recognized, portable credential upon successful completion of this program.
