Job Summary
This position requires an experienced Infra Architect with 10 to 12 years of expertise in ServiceNow TSM and ITSM. The role involves designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to critical projects in store operations and real estate domains.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow TSM and ITSM to meet organizational needs and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules with existing systems.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for infrastructure development.Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and TSM to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow modules to minimize downtime and disruptions.Oversee the implementation of best practices for infrastructure security and data protection in alignment with company policies.Work closely with stakeholders in store operations and real estate domains to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards in infrastructure development.Provide training and support to team members and end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate in a hybrid work model ensuring effective communication and productivity during day shifts. QualificationsPossess strong expertise in ServiceNow TSM and ITSM with a proven track record of successful implementations.Demonstrate a solid understanding of infrastructure design principles and best practices.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.Have experience in store operations and real estate domains which is considered a valuable asset.Showcase effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.Display proficiency in documentation and knowledge-sharing practices to ensure project transparency.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
