About the role
As an Implementation-Conversion Analyst, you will make an impact by leading and supporting client onboarding and migration initiatives, helping our teams successfully implement digital and fraud prevention solutions. You will be a valued member of the implementation team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and external integration partners to deliver seamless project outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Reviewing project intake documents, client requirements and planning for successful project execution
Lead end-to-end client onboarding and conversion projects, managing multiple implementations simultaneously
Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical configurations and system specifications
Configure financial applications, including fraud prevention and digital banking integrations (APIs)
Validate and manage key client data/information, branding assets, disclosures, and configuration details
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver a unified digital and fraud prevention experience

What you need to have to be considered:
Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or operations environments
Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables and competing priorities effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and configurations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

These will help you stand out:
Experience with payment networks, card issuing (credit/debit), or related ecosystems
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems
Knowledge of fraud mitigation tools, card switches, or payment processing platforms (gateways, processors, acquirers)
Experience with Planview or similar project tracking/time management tools

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 to $82,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
