React UI Engineer (HITL Workstation & Operations Platform)
Experience: 5+ years of experience in React/UI engineering, with a strong track record of building enterprise workflow, operations, and business process applications. Experience in healthcare operations and workflow-driven platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workstations for document review, evidence presentation, data correction, and submission workflows.
- Build claim workspaces, processor queues, escalation workflows, completed-work search, and timeline views.
- Develop Supervisor Workbench capabilities, including queue monitoring, workload balancing, manual reassignment, and SLA tracking.
- Create administrator interfaces for workflow configuration, routing rules, and operational controls.
- Implement real-time UI updates using SSE and WebSocket technologies, integrating with Kogito workflow events.
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, responsive design, localization readiness, and consistent UI standards.
- Integrate SSO solutions and role-based user experiences using OIDC/SAML authentication frameworks.
