Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React and Java Springboot working in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on developing innovative software solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and efficient software applications using React and Java Springboot to meet business requirements and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Implement best practices in coding testing and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainable software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and user experiences.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance system efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and promote a collaborative development environment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends applying relevant advancements to improve software solutions.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business goals and deliver value to users.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all software development activities.
- Collaborate with QA teams to perform rigorous testing and validation of software applications before deployment.
