Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React and Java Springboot working in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on developing innovative software solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software applications using React and Java Springboot to meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Implement best practices in coding testing and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainable software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and user experiences.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and promote a collaborative development environment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends applying relevant advancements to improve software solutions.
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business goals and deliver value to users.
  • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all software development activities.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to perform rigorous testing and validation of software applications before deployment.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in React and Java Springboot with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to software development.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in optimizing application performance and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
  • Possess a solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in software development projects.
  • Have experience in conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
  • Showcase a strong focus on delivering user-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of security standards and data protection regulations in software development.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
