About the Role
Support Verizon's Customer Growth and Marketing Transformation initiatives by enabling AI-driven customer segmentation, campaign orchestration and first-party data activation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design customer segmentation using GrowthLoop.
• Build and manage audiences for personalized campaigns.
• Configure customer journeys and activation workflows.
• Integrate with Snowflake, CDPs, CRM and marketing platforms.
• Develop SQL-based audience logic and insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Analytics teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting.
• Support production releases and platform enhancements.
