We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with Airline Operations experience, specializing in IROPS (Irregular Operations) systems — someone who understands real-world disruption scenarios and can ensure high-quality, reliable solutions for critical airline workflows.
- 3 plus years in airline ops QA; deep expertise in IROPS — flight disruptions, cancellations, rebooking flows
- Hands-on testing of passenger reaccommodation, crew recovery, airport ops, and delay management systems
- Proficient in GDS/PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa or similar); familiar with NDC/IATA disruption standards
- Functional testing focus: E2E scenario coverage, UAT, SIT;
- Experience coordinating with Ops Control, Airport teams & IT in time-critical disruption simulation environments
- Strong defect triage, root cause analysis, and stakeholder reporting during live disruption drill scenarios
- Test automation skills (Selenium/Playwright/REST Assured) for regression of IROPS workflows — secondary skill
- Exposure to load behavior of IROPS systems during disruption peaks with Non-Functional Performance Testing experience – nice to have
