We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with Airline Operations experience, specializing in IROPS (Irregular Operations) systems — someone who understands real-world disruption scenarios and can ensure high-quality, reliable solutions for critical airline workflows.
✈️ What You’ll Work On
- Testing systems that manage flight disruptions, cancellations, and rebooking
- Validating passenger reaccommodation, crew recovery, and delay management flows
- Ensuring seamless operations across airport, operations control, and IT teams during critical scenarios
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years in Airline Operations QA with IROPS expertise
- Strong experience in:
- Passenger reaccommodation & crew recovery testing
- Flight disruption workflows
- Hands-on experience with:
- GDS / PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa preferred)
- NDC / IATA standards
- Expertise in:
- E2E Functional Testing, SIT, UAT
- Strong coordination with Ops Control, Airport & IT teams
- Excellent skills in defect triage, RCA & stakeholder reporting
Technical Skills
- API/functional validation of airline workflows
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport systems
- Understanding of Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
