Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. With a focus on delivery management, the role requires a strategic approach to managing resources and timelines. The candidate will work in Client location, primarily during day shifts, and will not require travel.

In this role, you will:
Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain project trajectory.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding of project status.
Develop and maintain project documentation to support project tracking and reporting.
Utilize delivery management tools to optimize resource allocation and project scheduling.
Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project execution.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring satisfaction with project deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and increase efficiency.
Support the development of project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial accountability.

Compensation: Annual salary between $100,000 - 120,000 is being offered for this role.
