Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. With a focus on delivery management, the role requires a strategic approach to managing resources and timelines. The candidate will work in Client location, primarily during day shifts, and will not require travel.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.

  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain project trajectory.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding of project status.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation to support project tracking and reporting.

  • Utilize delivery management tools to optimize resource allocation and project scheduling.

  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project execution.

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring satisfaction with project deliverables.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and increase efficiency.

  • Support the development of project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial accountability.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Demonstrate expertise in delivery management with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Show proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies to optimize delivery processes.
  • Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in delivery management.
  • Display the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
  • Bring experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Compensation: Annual salary between $100,000 - 120,000 is being offered for this role.
