We are seeking a highly experienced QA Automation professional with expertise in Tosca Automation and Tosca DI (Data Integrity) for delivering scalable enterprise-grade automation and data quality solutions. You will perform comprehensive ETL and database validation using TOSCA DI and advanced SQL queries to ensure data integrity and high software quality across our delivery pipelines.
In this role, you will
- Develop and maintain Tosca automation solutions and reusable frameworks.
- Design and execute data validation and reconciliation tests using Tosca DI.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for backend data validation.
- Validate ETL workflows, source-to-target mappings, and data migration processes.
- Create test case templates, modules, RTBs, classes, libraries, and Test Design Sheets.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Support enterprise-level automation initiatives and framework enhancements.
- Partner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leverage Tosca PDF comparison capabilities for document validation.
- Contribute to automation strategy, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need to have to be considered
- 6+ years of professional software QA and automation experience with strong hands-on exposure to Tosca test automation.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca Data Integrity (DI) and Tricentis Tosca Automation.
- Experience in any Typescript tool (Playwright is preferred).
- Strong SQL and Database Testing
- Test Case Design, Test Design Sheets, Classes, RTBs, and Libraries.
- Web Automation using Tosca.
- PDF Validation and Comparison using Tosca.
- ETL Testing and Data Reconciliation.
- Jenkins, GIT, CI/CD Pipeline Integration.
- Agile Scrum, BDD, Cucumber.
- Onshore-Offshore Delivery Model.

Total compensation
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between CAD 70,000 – 90,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
