German‑speaking IT Support Associate – with Joining Bonus
A bit about the role
As a German‑speaking IT Support Associate, you will make an impact by delivering high‑quality first‑level IT support to enterprise clients in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. You will be a valued member of a multilingual support team, helping users resolve technical issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Hybrid work model
After the initial training, employees typically benefit from up to 4 days of home office per week, with occasional days spent collaborating from our Budapest office. While currently this is the standard setup, specific cases may require more office presence. We support flexibility and promote a healthy work–life balance through our wellbeing programs.
In this role, you will
- Act as the first point of contact for end users and resolve IT issues at first level
- Handle user requests via phone, email, and support tools in line with SLAs
- Accurately document cases and actions in the ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 teams and follow up through resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication
What you need to have to be considered
- Fluent written and spoken German at C1/C2 level and upper‑intermediate English
- Experience in IT Support or customer support in a service environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to work in shifts

- Familiarity with ticketing or service management tools
