Desk side Executive Support [ White Glove ]
Location -:Jersey City , NJ

Provide dedicated White Glove IT support to executives, VIP users, and senior leadership, ensuring a seamless and high-quality technology experience.
- Deliver hands-on support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, docking stations, monitors, and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and connectivity issues through both onsite and remote support.
- Perform OS installations, updates, patching, upgrades, system imaging, device configuration, and deployment as part of onboarding, hardware refreshes, and replacement programs.
- Support executive meetings, conference rooms, and collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and AV technologies.
- Manage user access, account administration, and device management using Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, and SCCM.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams for escalations, root cause analysis, and implementation of permanent fixes.
- Ensure compliance with established SLAs, security standards, and operational procedures while maintaining a consistent and exceptional end-user support experience.
Hands-on White Glove Support Experience:
Extensive experience supporting VIP executives and senior business leaders with personalized, high-touch IT support, executive device management, VIP event support, and rapid issue resolution in fast-paced enterprise environments
The Salary for this position will be 63000 to 73000 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
