Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday HCM Payroll. This role involves designing and implementing robust integration solutions within a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing payroll processes and enhancing system efficiency ensuring seamless operations without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions using Workday Integrations to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Workday HCM Payroll configurations to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize disruptions and maintain seamless operations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize existing integration processes to enhance data accuracy and reduce processing time.
- Document integration processes and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all integration activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to manage and enhance integration solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Workday integrations.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient payroll operations impacting employee satisfaction positively.
