Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday HCM Payroll. This role involves designing and implementing robust integration solutions within a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing payroll processes and enhancing system efficiency ensuring seamless operations without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration solutions using Workday Integrations to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Workday HCM Payroll configurations to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize disruptions and maintain seamless operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize existing integration processes to enhance data accuracy and reduce processing time.
  • Document integration processes and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all integration activities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to manage and enhance integration solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Workday integrations.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient payroll operations impacting employee satisfaction positively.

  • Possess strong expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday HCM Payroll.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Show experience in conducting system audits and performance assessments.
  • Display a solid understanding of compliance and industry standards.
  • Bring experience in documenting technical processes and configurations.
