Job Summary
The Service Manager role focuses on managing and optimizing AI-driven solutions leveraging tools like Microsoft GitHub Copilot Azure Open AI and SQL. This hybrid position requires expertise in Python and Shell scripting to ensure seamless operations and innovation in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft GitHub Copilot and Azure Open AI into existing workflows.
- Provide technical expertise in SQL Python and Shell scripting to develop and maintain robust service management tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize AI agent functionalities for improved customer and business outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments of service processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all technical implementations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes workflows and system configurations for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Train and mentor team members on the effective use of AI tools and scripting languages to foster skill development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align service management goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track service performance metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in AI and scripting to continuously enhance service capabilities.

- Demonstrate proficiency in AI agents showcasing the ability to design and optimize their functionalities effectively.
- Exhibit strong expertise in Microsoft GitHub Copilot and Azure Open AI ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
- Possess advanced skills in SQL for database management and data analysis tasks.
- Showcase proficiency in Python for developing scripts and automating processes efficiently.
- Demonstrate experience in Shell scripting to streamline system operations and enhance productivity.
- Have a proven track record of managing hybrid work models and ensuring team collaboration across remote and on-site environments.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present technical insights clearly.

- Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 11 years showcasing a solid foundation in service management.
