Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of PE-Policy Servicing with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and a strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance. This is a work-from-office role with day shifts offering an opportunity to contribute to critical policy servicing operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage policy servicing requests with accuracy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update policyholder records in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy-related queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare analyze and present policy data and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to established workflows and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
- Provide support in policy amendments endorsements and cancellations while ensuring compliance with Life and Annuities Insurance guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address policy-related concerns and provide clear resolutions.
- Conduct regular audits of policy data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for policy servicing operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in Life and Annuities Insurance to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance domain knowledge and technical skills.
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and improve overall service quality.
- Support the companys mission to deliver exceptional service positively impacting customers and society.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint to manage and present data effectively.
- Possess a strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance including policy structures terms and regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Showcase attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Display problem-solving abilities to address policy-related issues and provide effective solutions.
