Job Summary

Join our team as a Specialist in Insurance Claims focusing on Workers Compensation. With 2 to 4 years of experience you will provide exceptional customer service in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. Proficiency in Spanish is essential for effective communication and delivering impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to Workers Compensation claims with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for claim resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of claim activities and communications in the companys database.
  • Provide clear and concise updates to customers regarding the status of their claims.
  • Analyze claim data to identify trends and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Support the development of customer-centric solutions to address unique claim scenarios.
  • Utilize your Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to ensure consistent service coverage and availability.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and best practices for claim handling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in Workers Compensation regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold service standards.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service that aligns with the companys mission and values.


Qualifications

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service with a focus on Workers Compensation claims.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills both verbal and written with proficiency in Spanish.
  • Showcase the ability to analyze and resolve complex claim issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Workers Compensation regulations and processes.
  • Bring a customer-first mindset ensuring satisfaction and resolution in every interaction.
  • Display excellent organizational skills for managing multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to rotational shifts.
  • Show proficiency in using claim management software and tools.
  • Present a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Exhibit a collaborative attitude working seamlessly with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in claim handling.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive claim information.
