Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Enable SFMC functionality and Integrations. Provide best practice guidance.
· Act as consultant for SFMC.
· Estimate the effort for the change requests / enhancements needed on the platform and implement them under the guidance of the architect.
· Lead a small team of Developers to design, implement, and optimize cross-channel campaigns. Perform Testing of the implemented Functionality / automations.
· Mentor cross-functional teams, Lead workshops, requirement gathering and solution design sessions.
· Publish implementation documentation.
· SIT Support, UAT Support, PROD Deployment, Go-Live and Hypercare support.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Skills:
· Demonstrate ten to twelve years of project management experience delivering technology projects with a focus on marketing automation or customer engagement platforms.
· Show deep hands-on experience managing projects that implement or enhance Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities across multiple business units or campaigns.
· Display strong understanding of design and release management concepts by explaining how structured build test and deployment practices improve reliability and speed of Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery.
· Exhibit practical knowledge of hybrid work practices by describing methods to coordinate distributed teams maintain engagement and ensure accountability without frequent travel.
· Apply recognized project management techniques by using scheduling risk management estimation and reporting skills to manage complex cross functional work.
· Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical partners by translating business goals into actionable plans and explaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud impacts in accessible language.
· Utilize problem solving and negotiation skills to balance scope quality and timeline when constraints arise during Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
· Experience on different SFMC modules like Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Content builder, Journey Builder, Personalization, Contact Builder, etc. (both implementation and deployment).
· Understanding of the Digital Marketing processes including Cross Channel Marketing - Campaign Orchestration, Real-time Interaction, 1-to-1 User Journeys, Next Best Offers etc.
· Understanding of different type of SFMC integration: Out of the box, Realtime (REST and SOAP) and Batch.
· Understanding of Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements.
· Sound knowledge of marketing domain processes.
Nice to Have Skills.
· Agile methodologies.
· Scripting knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML.
· Qualifications: At least one SFMC Certification.
