About the Role
As a Coupa Integration / Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of integrations across enterprise platforms such as Coupa, GEP, SAP, and other ERP systems. You will play a critical role in defining integration architecture, enabling seamless data exchange, and optimizing procurement and financial workflows across systems.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Integration Architecture: Own end-to-end integration design including data mapping, transformation logic, APIs/ETL workflows, and error-handling frameworks across Coupa and ERP systems.
- Drive Coupa Functional Excellence: Lead administration and optimization of Coupa P2P, Contract Management, and Time & Expense modules ensuring compliance with procurement and finance policies.
- Manage ERP Integrations: Partner with SAP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP teams to design, enhance, and support scalable integrations across procurement, contracts, invoicing, and expense data.
- Ensure Quality & Stability: Define and execute UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution strategies across modules and integrations.
- Own Release Management: Lead Coupa quarterly release upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and enabling adoption of new capabilities across business functions.

What you need to have to be considered:
- Strong experience in integration architecture across Coupa, GEP, SAP, or similar enterprise applications
- Proven expertise in ERP integrations (SAP FI/MM and/or Oracle EBS)
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management, and Expense processes
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation, and system integration frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams

- Coupa Certification
- Experience working in multi-ERP integration landscapes
- Exposure to integration tools, APIs, or middleware platforms

Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
