About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on and reliable Facility / Technical Assistant to support our Hardware Operations team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will help ensure that our workspace, equipment, and logistics processes are safe, efficient, and well-organized.
You will play an essential role in maintaining the day‑to‑day operations of our facility, supporting engineers and operational teams by keeping systems, tools, and environments fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site workspace, workshop
• Assist the onsite support team with administrative duties and low-complexity tasks
• Conduct routine system tests (operating systems to perform check-ups) and perform vehicle/platform hardware cleaning
• Provide support for vehicle fleet management, including labeling keys, managing spare key storage, and coordinating transport to/from service centers
• Maintain battery-powered tools and equipment (ensuring charging and required maintenance)
• Perform minor vehicle wrapping maintenance as necessary
• Manage site deliveries, inventory, and act as a point of contact for people entering the shop
• Report facility issues (electrical, furniture, etc.) to management and assist in coordinating repairs with external vendors
• Assist in reconfiguring the workspace (shelving, cabinets) for maximum efficiency
• Operate powered pallet jacks or forklifts as required (requires valid license)
• Monitor for and appropriately clean up any facility spills
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities support, logistics, warehouse operations, or similar environments
• High school diploma or Bachelor Degree
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role (lifting and moving equipment as required)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency with computer tasks including spreadsheets, email, calendar, and chat tools
• Clean driving record and valid driving license (forklift certification required for specific duties - not mandatory)
• Positive attitude and team-driven mentality
