We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex SuccessFactors solutions across Compensation, Variable Pay, and Employee Central for global automotive finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions aligned with finance and accounting business processes.
✅ Define scalable enterprise architectures and integration strategies.
✅ Lead business process modeling and future-state workflow design.
✅ Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
✅ Ensure compliance with security, audit, governance, and automotive finance requirements.
✅ Guide implementation teams on best practices for configuration, integrations, extensions, and data migration.
✅ Collaborate with finance, HR, technology, and compliance teams to deliver robust solutions.
Required Qualifications
✔ Extensive experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Solution Design.
✔ Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay, Compensation, and Employee Central.
✔ Strong experience in Business Process Modeling.
✔ Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
✔ Experience working within the Automotive industry domain.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
