What You Will Do
- Support users of a major GPS Navigation Tool via email and inbound calls
- Identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and guide users toward the right solution
- Document actions, categorize cases, and flag potential bugs for engineering teams
- Provide both general and technical support for paid products
- Escalate complex cases following established procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience: Minimum 12 months, ideally in B2C or B2B contact centers
- Communication skills: Clear, confident, and customer‑focused
- Native‑level French (written and spoken)
- Fluent English
- Proactive mindset and strong team spirit
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to a fast‑changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
- Empathy and emotional awareness when supporting customers
- Valid legal work permit for Portugal
