Role Objective
Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical configurations, ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central and third-party content providers.
Key Responsibilities
1.Discovery & Design Thinking
- Lead Discovery Workshops to capture global learning requirements, compliance needs, and external user requirements.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis between standard LMS features and client-specific business processes.
- Architect the Domain and Security Hierarchy to ensure proper data segregation and administrative permissions.
2.Configuration & Integration
- Configure core LMS entities: Items, Scheduled Offerings, Curricula, and Programs.
- Connectors & Integration: Set up and troubleshoot standard Connectors (User, Item, Completion) and handle OCN (Open Content Network) integrations with providers like LinkedIn Learning or Coursera.
- Manage the integration between Employee Central (EC) and LMS for seamless automated user syncing.
3. Data Migration & Transition
- Define data migration strategy for legacy learning history, active registrations, and physical content.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage defect resolution using tools like SAP Cloud ALM.
- Lead "Train-the-Trainer" sessions for client administrators.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on proficiency in LMS entity configuration, EC–LMS integration, and OCN connector setup.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
- SAP Certified Application Associate — SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience:
- Min 5 years’ experience in SAP HCM /SuccessFactors, with at least 2 full-cycle LMS implementations.
