Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional Consultant

About the role

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional Consultant, you will make an impact by delivering innovative HR technology solutions that enhance employee and business processes. You will be a valued member of the Oracle HCM team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical resources, and project leadership to support, optimize, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Security, and Compensation.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and align them with Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and document system setups, processes, and configurations.
• Develop and support integrations, reports, and data solutions using HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, resolve functional and technical issues, and provide recommendations that improve business outcomes.
• Support testing activities, validate solution functionality, and assist stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and collaborate effectively with project managers and cross-functional teams.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud consulting, implementation, or support roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Security, and Compensation modules.
• Strong experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative consulting environment while managing multiple priorities.

These will help you stand out

• Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules beyond Core HR, Security, and Compensation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience developing and supporting REST API integrations.
• Prior experience participating in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
