About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI solutions, AI copilots, and autonomous workflows that drive business value.
• Develop LLM-based applications using technologies such as RAG, APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Create end-to-end AI pipelines covering data ingestion, orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Implement multi-step reasoning and decision-making systems.
• Apply LLMOps and MLOps practices to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of production AI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize AI applications for quality, latency, cost efficiency, and safety.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications, APIs, and business platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, agentic AI, and the broader AI ecosystem.

Required Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, tools, and enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps practices and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience working with data platforms and large-scale datasets.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience working with AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Large Language Models, including:
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Embeddings
  • Vector Databases
• Understanding of agentic AI architectures, including tool usage, planning, memory, and orchestration.
• Experience building APIs and integrating AI capabilities into applications and workflows.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures and SQL.
• Understanding of AI evaluation methodologies focused on quality, safety, and performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills; German is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI deployments.
• Understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance practices.
