AI Developer (Agentic AI & Generative AI)
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI solutions, AI copilots, and autonomous workflows that drive business value.
- Develop LLM-based applications using technologies such as RAG, APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Create end-to-end AI pipelines covering data ingestion, orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Implement multi-step reasoning and decision-making systems.
- Apply LLMOps and MLOps practices to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of production AI solutions.
- Monitor and optimize AI applications for quality, latency, cost efficiency, and safety.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications, APIs, and business platforms.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, agentic AI, and the broader AI ecosystem.
Required Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI applications.
- Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, tools, and enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps practices and AI lifecycle management.
- Experience working with data platforms and large-scale datasets.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience working with AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Large Language Models, including:
- Prompt Engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Embeddings
- Vector Databases
- Understanding of agentic AI architectures, including tool usage, planning, memory, and orchestration.
- Experience building APIs and integrating AI capabilities into applications and workflows.
- Familiarity with modern data architectures and SQL.
- Understanding of AI evaluation methodologies focused on quality, safety, and performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English language skills; German is an advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization and deployment technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI deployments.
- Understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance practices.
