Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday Finance. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing robust financial solutions. This role does not require travel allowing for a balanced work-life integration while contributing to impactful projects.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Workday financial solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Workday Finance modules to optimize system performance.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Workday solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday integrations and finance modules.
  • Document technical designs processes and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities.
  • Support end-users by providing training and assistance to maximize the use of Workday solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all Workday implementations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Enhance the companys financial operations and decision-making capabilities through effective Workday solutions.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Workday Integrations and Workday Finance modules.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing complex Workday solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a solid understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
