Job Summary:
Presales Manager plays a pivotal role in the sales cycle by collaborating with sales, product, finance, and legal teams to craft compelling solutions, pricing models, and contracts that meet client needs and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presales & Solutioning:
o Engage with clients to understand business requirements and pain points.
o Design tailored solutions that align with client needs and company offerings.
o Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value.
o Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate feasibility.
- Pricing & Deal Structuring
- Develop pricing strategies and models based on client requirements, market trends, and internal cost structures.
- Structure deals to optimize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Support sales teams with financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- Ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and approval policies.

- Contracting
- Draft and review commercial contracts in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual benefit and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.
- Maintain documentation and version control of contract templates and client agreements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, pricing, or deal management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
