Certifications & Experience required:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow
· CSA (Certified System Administrator).
· 2+ CIS certifications
Responsible for:
· Delivers workshops and demos.
· Lead functional conversations with the customer.
· Process expertise in one or more areas

· Advisory and consulting
· Requirements elicitation and gathering

· Monitoring of deliverables before implementation
· Manage client communications to ensure the effectiveness of the process strategy.
· Process development and maintain optimization programs.
· Update and maintain all process documentation.
· Design processes and standardize, improve or re design existing ones.
· Design new processes to improve service delivery and maintain client relationships ensuring cost effectiveness.
· Preparing documentation for deliverables such as business documents and supporting management activities such as budget management
· Act as a point of contact between the client and the technical team regarding process-related concerns.
· Maintain the whole operational process in compliance with the quality standards and contractual requirements determined by the company.
