- Communicate effectively with clients in English to understand their needs and provide appropriate policy servicing support.
- Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure continuous support and service to clients across different time zones.

- Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to streamline policy servicing operations.

Qualifications
