Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing and servicing life and annuities insurance policies. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in MS Office and enhance your domain knowledge in the insurance sector. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and company growth.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and service life and annuities insurance policies efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation for policy servicing activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related queries and provide timely solutions to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in English to understand their needs and provide appropriate policy servicing support.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure continuous support and service to clients across different time zones.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for improving service delivery and customer experience.
  • Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to streamline policy servicing operations.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.
  • Support the team in achieving service targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge in life and annuities insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all policy servicing activities.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation among team members.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to perform policy servicing tasks effectively.
  • Possess strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members.
  • Exhibit a keen interest in the life and annuities insurance domain to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts to meet business needs.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address policy-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation and servicing activities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development in the insurance sector.


Certifications Required

MS Office Specialist certification is preferred to validate proficiency in technical skills.
