Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service life and annuities insurance policies efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation for policy servicing activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related queries and provide timely solutions to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in English to understand their needs and provide appropriate policy servicing support.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure continuous support and service to clients across different time zones.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for improving service delivery and customer experience.
  • Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to streamline policy servicing operations.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.
  • Support the team in achieving service targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge in life and annuities insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all policy servicing activities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to perform policy servicing tasks effectively.
  • Possess strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members.
  • Exhibit a keen interest in the life and annuities insurance domain to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts to meet business needs.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address policy-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation and servicing activities.

Certifications Required

MS Office Specialist certification is preferred to validate proficiency in technical skills.
