As a Quadient lead you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all quadient domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.
Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position, it will require you to be onsite as well as on call on the weekends. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design customer communications and document processing workflows using Quadient Inspire. (Designer, Interactive & Inspire Automation / Scaler)
- Strong expertise in Quadient interactive is must. The role will be primarily focused on Quadient Interactive, with the majority of day‑to‑day activities centered on authoring, managing, and supporting content within the Interactive platform.
- Develop and configure Quadient Inspire applications and templates to ensure efficient and effective document production.
- Write, maintain, and optimize scripts and code to automate document processing and data extraction tasks utilizing configuration driven design methodologies.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Quadient Inspire solutions to ensure high-quality and error-free output.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document composition, formatting, data integration, and output generation.
- Integrate Quadient Inspire with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP, or other content management systems.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users on Quadient Inspire functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation and version control of Quadient Inspire applications, templates, and configurations.
Required Skills:
- 8 + years of relevant work experience
- Strong background in Quadient Inspire implementation and development.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Automation or Scaler, and Interactive modules.
- Proficiency in scripting and coding languages used in Quadient Inspire, such as Groovy, JavaScript, XML, JSON, SQL.
- Strong understanding of document composition, data extraction, and document management concepts.
- Experience with data integration and data mapping using Quadient Inspire or similar tools.
- Familiarity with postal regulations and best practices in mail preparation and output generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of other customer communications platforms or document management systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
The annual salary for this position is between $74,250 – $117,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
