Job Summary
As a Sr. Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions using SuccessFactors modules focusing on Employee Central and Time Off/Time Sheet functionalities. You will leverage your expertise in the Utilities and Oil and Gas sectors to optimize processes and enhance system performance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to impactful projects that drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off/Time Sheet modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving technical issues ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors Platform ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Utilities and Oil and Gas sectors.
- Drive innovation by proposing enhancements and new functionalities to improve user experience.
- Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
