Role Overview

Seeking a Technical Support Analyst to manage laptop deployments and support end users. Responsibilities include coordinating hardware logistics, imaging, provisioning, troubleshooting, and assisting users.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Deployment

· Oversee laptop preparation, shipping, and delivery for employees.

· Coordinate large deployment projects for PC and Mac systems.

· Track shipments and maintain inventory records.

· Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on logistics issues.

· Communicate delivery details and resolve deployment challenges.

Technical Support & End‑User Services

· Provide hardware and software support for workstations and mobile devices.

· Support Windows 10, macOS, Office 365, iOS, Android, and security tools.

· Assist with device imaging and configuration.

· Troubleshoot printers, networking, and LAN connectivity.

· Support communications solutions and meeting technology.

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

· Explain concepts clearly to users and escalate as needed.

Basic Qualifications

· Strong customer service in a technical environment.

· At least 6 months’ relevant experience or bachelor’s degree.

· Organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

· 1–2 years in logistics or IT support roles.

· 2–4 years supporting 300+ users preferred.

· Experience deploying PC/Mac devices, troubleshooting networks, and supporting peripherals.

· Calm under pressure, strong problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

· Ability to read technical documentation and adapt quickly.

· Quick resolution of technical issues with minimal disruption.
