Job Summary
The GM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in overseeing the seamless execution of Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes within our organization. With a hybrid work model and day shifts this position requires a seasoned professional with 20 to 23 years of experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in finance and accounting to drive operational excellence and contribute to the companys strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Oversee the integration of financial data across various platforms to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve financial operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement best practices for financial management and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in financial reporting.
- Utilize domain expertise in store operations to optimize financial processes and outcomes.
- Support the finance and accounting teams in achieving operational excellence and strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all financial activities.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes demonstrating a deep understanding of financial operations.
- Have a strong background in finance and accounting with a focus on operational excellence.
- Experience in store operations is highly desirable providing valuable insights into financial processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving financial performance.
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in financial management practices.
