Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFIntegrationAPIsInt.Center and SuccessFactors-Employ Central with a strong background in the Medical Devices domain and iRCAS. This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SFIntegrationAPIsInt.Center and SuccessFactors-Employ Central.
- Analyze and optimize existing systems to enhance performance and reliability in the Medical Devices domain.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and integration processes.
- Conduct regular assessments of technology infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all technology solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and disruption.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate external solutions and services.
- Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
- Contribute to the development of strategic technology roadmaps that support long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SFIntegrationAPIsInt.Center and SuccessFactors-Employ Central with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have a deep understanding of the Medical Devices domain and iRCAS with the ability to apply this knowledge to technology solutions.
